Knee Cap Mobilization
- You should be in a seated position, with your legs out in front of you.
- Push the top of your knee caps down with either the palm of your hands or your finger tips.
- The premise of this stretch is to stretch the tendon and allow a better resting position.
*This will also help with the nutritional exchange that is so often limited in people with knee cap tracking problems or chondromalacia.
