Short Arc Quad Sets

We will concentrate on the inside part of your knee.

  1. Take a towel and roll it tightly.
  2. You should be sitting on the ground or lying on your bed, with you legs extended in front of you.
  3. Put the rolled towel behind your knee, so that it creates a slight bend to the knee.
  4. Now, straighten your knee and hold the contraction for 5 seconds.

Do this exercise a few times each leg, for 20 contractions or repititions and for 2-3 times each day.
