Lower Back

Low Back

The most vulnerable and frequently injured part of your body is your low back. I often call it the weakest link.  This “core” region is the center of your body; it requires stability for the lower extremities and upper extremities to generate movement. The low back nerves are similar to the nerves in the neck nerves, traveling out to stimulate your lower extremity.  Many important muscles surround the lower back and need to be properly engaged in order to protect your body.
