Lat Stretch
The Lat muscle encompasses most of your back and is a superficial muscle that influences the arms, upper, mid, and lower back.
- Perform this exercise while standing, in front of a level counter or desk surface.
- Elevate both arms above your head, in a diver’s position.
- Bend forward and apply a downward force onto the level surface.
- Keep your head and chin tucked, with your head in the middle of your arms.
Then slowly, squat downward, extending your legs and buttocks backwards. Perform for 30 seconds for 2-3 sessions/day.
