Shoulders

The shoulder are the ball and socket joint that is mainly attached by muscles and ligaments.  The rotator cuff muscles assist the motion and the stability of the shoulder.  However, muscles from your upper arm and chest, as well as those from your upper back, can prevent your shoulder from working efficiently. The key here is to keep a strong shoulder blade, as it is your foundation for all shoulder movement. Let's take a look together to keep your shoulder healthy.

These stretches and exercises are also great to do on a daily basis. These muscles are commonly tight in most people. So my advice to you, do these exercises everyday, but especially if you're experiencing neck pain or headaches. Again, if you experience an unusual level of pain, go see your doctor!
