Innovative programs created everyday incorporating these simple yet important postural exercise tips to fit your busy schedule. Everyday I will plan to manipulate the program to keep your body guessing and to keep your rehab and strengthening progress increasing. For now, perform the generic plan of 15-20 repetitions for 2-3 times a day. Perform stretches for 30 second holds 2-3 times a day. For optimal healing please see my e-books.
